Saturday night LIVE

Ugh...pain.

Lower back, and tonight - my neck is killing me. Mark and I went out and rode our bikes today, it was so wonderful. Cold, but wonderful. And tonight I'm really paying for it. I don't know if it's because I'm so completely out of shape, or if I have hurt something, but damn I'm tired of such extreme pain every time I do anything.

It's late, at least for me. I have been asleep earlier but the natives are restless tonight (that would be the animals), and I finally decided to get up for awhile. However, I took a two hour nap today, so my being awake could have more to do with that, than noisy kitty's.

I really enjoyed all the response I got from my last post - it seems that I am right, and all of us have our "things" that we cannot do without. I also will have to do a post about the things I cannot stand, I think we all will have alot to say about that, too,

Hope your evening is awesome if you are still awake. And peaceful if you aren't.

Later.

You were awake at the haunting, bewitching hour of midnight - pain is really "loud" at that hour. I hope you sleep really, really late this morning and wake up with no pain and a happy song in your head.

It is the same for me. I pay for it big time if I do anything really physical. One time, Bing and I danced in the basement to some oldies and the next day, I could barely walk.

I hear you about the pain - I wrote about my battle with pain this winter and got a lot of sympathy! So sorry for yours - it sucks.

You're making me nervous--I went out on my bike today. 10 miles. First time doing something truly "physical" since the surgery. Feel pretty good so far. But hey, it felt like spring for 2 days, it's too hard to resist right? (Esp. when 4-5 inches of white crap is predicted for Monday!!)
