Nothing, nothing at all

So last night was my company Christmas party, as it had been snowed out on the first go around in December. At that time, I was so relieved because I was still in the wheel chair, and did not want to go in that condition. Last evening, I couldn't make it either. I just couldn't. I was weak and wobbly and in pain and there was no way. I sent H and D (who would have been there anyway) in my place, and it worked out okay, but it really bummed me out that I was still unable to attend. So I guess, whatever. Enough said about that.

I need to color my hair, I look like an Indian squaw in those old pictures, the only thing missing is the pipe...

I have an issue with my own checkbook, which is really bad to admit since I am an accountant for lordy's sake, but I am apparently unable to fix it, and for some unknown reason, I have more money than I thought...

I think I might be turning into one of those "cat women". You all know the kind, it doesn't matter what kitty does, it's okay. What's even stranger? H is worse than I am!

I think that there ought to be a day each week that all of America should be able to wear their jammies/sweats to work. Anyone else want to jump on this idea with me?

Sleeping is so far out of the question for me that I do believe I am losing what's left of my mind... perhaps I should sign off and check back with you all later. Have a good Sunday. :)

I'm right there with you on the jammies idea but being an Avon lady and all I could end up getting arrested for indecent exposure in public....lol.

Nothing ever looks right with the world when you are sleep deprived and it looks even grimmer when you couple that with a lot of pain. I fear this is going to be a long process for you Jamie although I dearly wish it wasn't so.

I feel the same about being invited somewhere. It's ok if I choose not to go, but I hate it if I'm unable to go.

And shhh, don't tell anyone, but I've long given up working in something other than my jamms and sweats. :)

Have a great Sunday too!

That's when you have officially become a crazy cat lady.:)

Yep yep, I'm all for jammies to work. Heck..I'll tell ya, we have 'casual day' each Friday and I'm sure I would look more presentable in my jammies than some of those women do on Fridays! Although I swear...honest...I did see some teenagers at Wacky Mart this last summer who had on jammie bottoms...I'm sure of it.

We are all losing our minds Jamie. Sometimes I have to remind myself to get a grip. Hope you have a better day.

Jamie, I'm so sorry you still aren't getting the rest you need. that is so essential to everything else.
I would hop on the sweats to work idea in a hot second- actually, I pretty much took the liberty of doing it when I was pregnant.
Best wishes for your Sunday! :)

Hope you're feeling better today.

LOL on the Indian squaw comment. You look good, really. Ok, if I really have to tell the truth - a damn sexy Indian squaw! There you have it!

More money is always a good thing though :)

Maybe if we fast forward to the beginning of summer months we'll both have perfectly healed necks, all of our limbs will be functioning, scars will be healed and we'll be ready to get out and party with the best of them. Well, here's hoping anyway. :)
