Beans in the ceiling

Good Sunday Morning to you. I was up at three this morning, when YS and GF came in, and couldn't get back to sleep. Then at six, I went upstairs and laid down, and woke up more than two hours later. Needless to say, I am on pot of coffee number two, I hate when I do that. I am using my new pressure cooker (OS did listen to me when he asked what I wanted), and waiting for it to start rocking. I have to put CrazyDog out when that happens, she freaks out at the noise it makes. I love using a pressure cooker, they make the best chicken on the planet, but it scares me a little bit, I once had a good friend that was slightly injured when his exploded, and he was picking beans out of the ceiling tiles for months. A big high of 52 today, at least the two and a half inches of snow that fell yesterday is gone. And the sun is shining. A walk is in order, as soon as I get cleaned up. Then RACEDAY comes on, and I am not leaving the couch. My (race) boys are in Atlanta today, so it will be a good show. Tony did quite well in the Busch race yesterday, hopefully he will run up front today. I'll keep you posted.

Oooh, I hate it when it happens too. I like my coffee and tea as much as any fellow man, but when I'm sleep-deprived it makes it even worse.

I saw my mother's pressure cooker explode once too, which is maybe why I've yet to buy my own. :)

Thanks for commenting - yes, I know that pressure cookers CAN be dangerous, but oh so worth it, if you're careful! Jamie
