I have fixed it all for years and years, but now I refuse. I will just go with it, broken or not.

My Mom's song
This was my mom's song....for so many reasons. She played in a band with my uncle...oh my--so much talent there...and this was her/his song. Hearing it now---or even then, for that matter, has always made me cry. It was my ringtone for her when she called me. Guess what I heard today in Starbucks?
I think Brad hit it right on the head. I am sure it must have been sad to hear, especially when you weren't expecting it, but I hope it gave you some comfort at the same time.

I love willie nelson, saw him in a concert once too, he was great and so is this song....hope all is well with you!
That must have been Mom saying she's doing fine and singing her song.

Willie is just plain handsome. There is just something about him....
I'm glad that you heard her song, Jamie.
Love this song... beautiful..
Thank you for encouraging me even in your darkest times. It means the world to me.
It was Mom for sure.
Oddly, you will hear that song all the time now.
Weird ,Huh. I do kind of think it's like a wink from Heaven :)
I've always loved this song and have it on my mp3 player. Yep, it was a message from heaven for sure, Jamie. Cherish it. Hugs and love.
It's bittersweet. I've always loved this song, and will think of you and your mom when I hear it.
I firmly believe that our departed loved ones are communicating with us when that happens.
