Tangles

I like the ideas that you all sent to me after my last post - skanky drunk? Why Maria, that sounds perfectly wonderful. And yes Gypsy, it would be great to do that with you, for your birthday. Brad - you are right on a couple of different levels, and I appreciate the confidence you have in me. Val, you too are correct, I did drink a few last night, and slept for the first couple of hours....and after that I did come to a few conclusions. Cheryl, you too are right, and I am going to do something about it. Kelly, ac, fiwa....thank you to you all.

I have a few ideas rattling around in this pea brain of mine, and beginning today, I am going to have some answers. Perhaps I do have the power in this situation, but I no longer want to be there. Of that, I am sure. So, I need to move on from this moment in becoming untangled in this mess, and starting this morning, I will.
And okay --- I just deleted a whole post here, specifically about the events that took place yesterday, but it just dawned on me that perhaps it is not in my best interest to spill my guts about all of that here, in a public blog. I have not had to even think about the consequences of doing that before, I am and have always been a tell-it-like-it-is kind of gal, but now, I had better use my head for a change. Anything I have said about my job here in the past, good or bad, has already been said to owners face, first. Now....perhaps not the prudent thing to do. So, I will refrain from details and specific issues until they are not my issues any longer.

And so, I wish you all a great Tuesday. I wish one for me, too. :)

I like that last line about not posting the issues until they've ceased being a problem..

Whatever it was, I'm sorry to hear that you have to deal with a jack of an ass. Not cool, especially right now. I hope you did do the drinky thing, enjoy the images of vodoo boss dolls and look forward to tuesday!

Be well,
Elizabeth

Work issues are so hard. But you did get great advice from the bloggers.

I have found that it is best to move on when there are more bad days than good.

Take care,
Lena

Sounds like you've come to some conclusions. I hope that whatever they are, they help you find a sense of balance when you go in today.

Good for you! Making decisions is the hard part. Sounds like you're past that. In this situation you owe no loyalty to anyone except yourself.

I'm sorry you're facing tough issues and hope they become non-issues in the very near future. Thinking about you.

You seem to be someone who is intelligent and can make great decisions on your own. Whatever you decide to do, I know it will work out for you. You won't let it fail. Skanky drunk, eh?

You were wonderful to stick by the previous owner but like you said, you have fulfilled any obligations and loyalties there. To the new owner you have no such restrictions. Go out and seek the world Jamie...the world needs you.

Have a great Tuesday. It's Wednesday here so I will have a happy hump day. That's something I have learned from you Yankees. I have never heard Hump Day before. Kind of conjures up all kinds of carnal images when you are not familiar with the term...hehehehe. (And hubby's only been gone one day....see me in a week and I'll be swinging naked from the chandeliers). Not really, just trying to make you laugh. Did I succeed?

Here's hoping the rest of your week is so stunningly wonderful that you forget Monday even happened.

You've been on my mind a lot today. I hope your Tuesday was much, much better than Monday.
