Sadness all around me, but then good things are happening, too. A new dawning, a new day, blobbity, blobbity, blah, horse puckey. In my life, yesterday is blending with today. Damn. Two weeks from today, I hope the road begins UP because I sure as HELL am tired of the one descending. Everyone have a great Tuesday. Later.

im glad that happiness is mixed with the sadness...
hey---
this is really a time to be selfish for you.
it's ok...to let everyone, and everything else take care of itself---or themself. i think you already know that... somewhere in that thick head of yours.
we all understand your situation. don't forget about the links... really-- i'm not kidding.
HUNDREDS--maybe THOUSANDS--- that you don't even know about. give yourself a chance to be still--- and know that they are there. that things are happening right now, that you are not even aware of.
all this other stuff... in other peoples lives... it is not your problem .
we all know that you would do whatever you could to help any one of us...or them... knowing that is ENOUGH. if you continue to worry and stress out about what you SHOULD be doing--- or "what if'...or if i could....
jamie, you know the physical outcome of that as well as i do.
you need to--- and i KNOW you know this... focus on YOU , and your own H and kids right now. y'all are ALL that matters right now. you just stick together as a family.... and get passed this surgery as STRONG as you possibly can.
don't drag your body down with stress of things you cannot control right now.
focus on getting strong and healthy for the surgery. physically, emotionally, and mentally... you need all that right now. if what's goin on in blogland is bringing you down then skip the pages that concern you---we will understand. and we will be here when you get back!!!
for now--- just eat well, maybe take some vitamins..you know you love em!...and take care of your body and mind.
people who live you know that is what you need to do. just check in with us and let us know you are here. k. don't feel forced to post or comment.... just take care of yourself.
you will come out of this whole thing just fine---and so will everyone else that you are worrying about. just watch.
some things just aren't YOUR job.
ok.. now that i have my lecture out for the day--- i shall get my child up for school, and begin my lovely tuesday---that shoulda happened yesterday....but since i couldn't get UP--- well, you know it's only made my list even longer for today.
i hope you can be happy today. it's a tough job--- but anything is possible, right?
that's what i heard!
ttyl pal
my gawd--- i oughtta just send a link over here for MY post! sorry for bloggin in your box! again. :))

Well, I think Soul said it all, so let me just say that I believe things are going to get better for you. I'd honestly worry about you more if you were all light and happiness at the moment because it wouldn't be very realistic. Allow yourself to just do the best you can right now, and only worry about what you can do something about today, promise?
Hang in there kiddo...I'm thinking of you. Soul said it all best. Surround yourself with positive thoughts to create positive energy. I know.....I know....easier said than done. But honestly you will feel better emotionally for it. Really.
(((((hugs)))))
Soul pretty much said it all and very well I might add. Yes, you must try not to worry about the rest of us, (oops I think I may be one of the culprits here) because you need every ounce of strength to get you through this surgery. We all know what a beautiful, caring person you are so how about turning some of that towards yourself. I'm guessing everything H is doing at the moment is being done gladly because he loves you. Treat yourself as you would treat everyone else. Now THERE's a concept!
hey guess what: do what SOUL says..let people help you..take it..
coming from someone that has a very difficult time accepting help, and resting...well, I know how hard it is..but they all love you and make sure that they give you a bell to ring. :) Take this time to recover...catch up on great books, start a new hobby something that involves your hands that you've always said you'd try but haven't..
this too shall pass.
Always,
Crusty~
THINKing of you!!
lol, I think soul said it all.
So I'll just add that most people would not even be going to work in your shoes. And I'm ashamed to say ,i would be one of those quitters. :(
You obviously have a very strong spirit. And you also seem to have a great husband who is willing and able to do the things you can not do right now. That in itself is sooo RARE.:)
Being physically and emotionally as strong as you can be, is what is going to help YOU to recover from surgery and to reach YOUR best level of recovery.
So truly, NOW is the time that you must be as selfish as you can.
Let hubby do whatever he's willing to do. and shut out all negatives for now.
(can you tell who's the older ,bossy sister?) lol
I had a hysterectomy a few years ago and my husband DID make me breakfast every morning before he left. But it was fried eggs , spicy hashbrowns with swiss cheese and burnt toast . Every day.
I tried to control the dry heaves until he got out the door.
I still can't look at a piece of melted swiss cheese.
Listen to all the bossy's .
:)
I'm sure tons of people are praying for you.
