Thingamajiggy

Here I sit, with what feels like a giant hole in the middle of my back. I'm pretty sure it isn't giant, but painwise, it's as big as the grand canyon. Holy mother of Santa Clause and all that is Awesome---son of  a biscuit eater --- my effin' back hurts. Oh how it hurts.

But the thingamajiggy that is in that hole has promise.

It would really, really help my leg pain if it were anywhere near where my pain is. It is supposed to be where the pain is, and I cannot tell you why it isn't. I supposedly told the doc while in surgery where to go and where to put it. I have ZERO recollection of any of that. ZERO.

So when the time comes for the permanent thingamajiggy---there will have to be a different way of doing it. Apparently I am out of my everlovin' mind when I am conked out on wonderful drugs.

Happy Sunday, ya'll!

I've always wanted a white tree! Jealous.

You look great. Who would know you're in pain? You just look happy.

How long till the permanent one is in?

I hate, hate, hate that you're in pain!!!

The trees are lovely. I, too, would like a white tree. Maybe this year - maybe next.

Both you and hubby look happy and content. That's just the way it should be.

Oh I'm sorry to hear you are still in such great pain. I wish there was something I could do to help! Maybe letting you know you are way ahead of me on decorating will bring a smile to your face? Your trees and fireplace decorations are gorgeous! Sending painless prayers and hugs.

We have chronic pain in common, I see. Now that I have a TENS unit, Cymbalta, medical marijuana, a sizable stash of sundry sleeping pills, the only PT who has ever helped me, and an automatic refill for a year's supply of oxycodone, I'm feeling more chipper than usual, and you sound guardedly upbeat too, it seems.

I hope by now the spinal stimulator has had a positive affect and the pain is subsiding. My thoughts are there with you and your lovely trees :-) Blessed be Jamie and you look wonderful!

Jamie~
I was thinking about you & thought I'd pop in here to say "Hi"
I'm sorry you're not feeling well~damn, you look great for someone in so much pain. When I'm in pain..I LOOK like I'm in pain & it is not a pretty sight! I know firsthand that pain blots out everything..there's no thinking about anything excrpt your next breath & it sucks. Hang in there & don't put too much pressure on yourself to do anything you don't feel like doing. Enjoy what's left of this year & have a wonderful, blessed Christmas.
Hugs,
Maria
