Saturday...I love Saturday

This has been a rough week. I have been feeling as well as I possibly can, so I managed but it was difficult. I have worked so hard, mentally. The first month of the year is nothing but trying to get the last year closed out, the taxes finished, the numbers to make sense, the employee w2's, the 1099's, the financial statements x 2. It has been so mentally draining but I am on schedule and making progress. Just a couple more weeks of the madness and I will be back onto regular work duties, I will sure like that better.

I got to see my Brodie this week, as my kiddo is home, and apparently staying here. (?) To be honest, I don' think they know what they're doing but I'll take staying here over them moving any day. My little guy must have grown a foot while he was gone. He has the sweetest smile I have ever, ever seen in my life. I get to see him again today, we are going to the Iowa Home Show this afternoon, I am looking forward to it. I am going to buy new living room furniture this spring and I have yet to find what would look right here, so I have hopes of finding it there.
The pics above are of my kids - Tonka-the sandy colored one, Meisha-the black, shiney one, and Mason-my big eyed, striped boy. The other two are of my world lately--snow, grey skies, bleh. But, at least it's in the thirties these days!
Happy Saturday!

Happy to hear that you're going to have time with Brodie. Nothing makes for a happier day than a warm little 'nuggle bunny and his sweet smile.

Kitties look happy and content - they should because they have a loving mommy.

I love Saturdays too. Enjoy yours to the fullest and I'm gonna try and do the same. You're right...at least its in the 20's and not single digits.

The constant gray skies and snow on the ground can get so depressing. But, at least you have a fun day lined up!

Have a great weekend!
