Random Schmandom

A rare (decent) pic of me, taken in San Diego in 2003....wish I still looked that young.

This photo ran in the Des Moines Register a couple of weeks ago----I neglected to tell you that Mark and CrazyDog were now celebrities! It was taken for the Holiday Open House in the shops below our apartment, and apparently the photographer thought one or both of them was cute...

This is Janelle's baby, well her four legged one. He is a cutie, but quite a handful.

Because I am not in the mood to wrestle with blogger, I will have to tell you about each photo here:

Trav-Christmas 2002....one of my favorite shots of her of all time...

Sting -- at the Superbowl 2003, part of the half time show, I am not all that big a fan, but I liked the way this picture turned out.

Fireworks from the same half-time show...

One of my favorite pics of my youngest..working at the dealership.

My buddy Bill and Tony Stewart, at one of Bills annual races...

And a pic of my rhinoceros buddy I took at the San Diego zoo.

Random Schmandom.

Hugs. :)

sorry-- had to stay first this
time :)) you know how it is when
someone slides in on ya.. and you lose your place. i can't like it.:))

i do like the post tho-- some of these decorated your old sidebar
are ya gonna put em back up?

welp -- i accomplished , not a thing yesterday. aside from being alone, lazy, and well.. that's about it. i didn't manage to get my nap -- but i did however, get some forgotten bills paid. late, of course. and would you believe i actually cooked at home? needs to happen more often, that's for sure. obviously it didn't kill me, but it might if my sink doesn't get fixed. i wish i could ,move. is there ever gonna be a house out there that doesn't fall to hell the minute i walk into it?

anyhow- i better get busy. my list is still never ending, yet forever growing.

have a great day-
ox

It's like Crazy Dog and Mark traded expressions - Crazy Dog staring straight into the camera but Mark has the sideways puppy head tilt look.

I like Random Schmandom too. You don't know what you're gonna get next.

I just came by to wish you and the family a very Happy New Year Dear Liza (Every time I come here I start singing that song...it aint pretty I tell ya).

We've got to have faith that the coming year will be better for you and your whole family. I hope you aren't planning on doing a Year in Review because it would take the best part of January to retell all of the things that have happened in your life this year. Repeat after me....it WILL get better.

That's a great picture of you. The ocean in the background and a cup of coffee. And who doesn't want to look 5 years younger? I do!

How is Bill doing, btw?

I wish you a much, much better 2009!
