Soul Update
I spoke with Soulman this afternoon, (right after lunch time), and he said that she was in too much pain to talk. He said that her dr felt that they had gotten to it in time, and that blood thinners should take care of it. That is all I know - but I do know that I am very worried about her. I know how serious this can be...but it seems that she will be okay. Please pray for her - I certainly am. Soulman did plan to bring her computer to the hospital but I don't think she is in any shape right now to post..so I will let you all know what I know, when I know it. I know you all love her as much as I do...Hugs, y'all.

I can't even believe this. I'm glad to hear the docs think they got to it in time. I know what can happen with a clot. Poor Soul in the hospital, with no cigarettes. At least she's got morphine. Please keep us updated.
Jamie, Thank you so much for the update. Soul hasn't been out of my mind since I heard. I'm glad to hear the outlook is good but I know our friend is in terrible distress. Harry and I as well as the whole Hooper clan are praying for her full recovery and for her family, as well.
Are her husband and daughter managing OK? I know they are worried sick.

That poor family...they are really up against it at the moment. Thankyou so much Jamie for letting us kmnow. I just went to Soul's and found out and I just couldn't believe that anything else could happen to her.
Please give Soul and her whole family my best wishes when you speak to them. I don't usually pray but I will make an exception in this case and hope that God will listen.

Wow!! Thanks for posting. I certainly will be praying for her and looking for updates. Thank you so much for posting them. When you talk to her, tell her I said hi and I'll call her when its ok to do so. I think they probably dont let her have her cell phone there? And if they do........
