I'm art challenged...

So much to do, so little time...

It was a great day yesterday. Janelle and I went to the art show, and we had so much fun. We forgot our camera's...duh...unless you count the one in her trunk, which I would not have known about except for the fact that when we walked back to the car, her trunk was standing wide open. Everything was still there---surprisingly, and that's when I said, you did too have a camera...She must have bumped the trunk open button on the remote, and I'd say she got lucky, there were several things in there. So, no pics, once again. But it was a good time, we saw many things we would have liked to own, but I do not have a spare eighteen hundred dollars right now...and even if I did, I would have to REALLY like it to spend that kind of money on a painting or a print or pottery. For me, right now, I'll stick with my Winter Tree's from Tarjay...If you don't know which one it is, just head to your local Target, I guarantee they will have it. Yes-again, I'm just tacky like that.

Today, my last day of freedom from work---I am having my kiddos here for dinner. Chicken again, but they will like it, they haven't eaten anything from home in a long time. We haven't either, for that matter. Keep your fingers crossed that I don't burn it.

We (Mark, his buddy Kevin and me) went to Joe's Crab Shack for dinner last night - that place is fun, and loud, and good. The wait staff breaks into a line dance when certain music comes on, it's a lot of fun to watch, and it looks like they are having fun, too.

I'm off. Well, we already knew that, right? Seriously, I'm out of here, have a good day, I have tons to do, and time's a wastin....

:)

ps....

Here is my Winter Trees print, in case you all haven't actually seen it. It's enough "art" for me, until I make my next million! (Sorry about the glare...)

Over the years I've spent entirely too much on art - I'm no expert I just like it. I really like the winter tree pic. It looks calm and quiet - something we all need.

Enjoy your gathering day with your kids.

I like the picture too. Its kind of...sad in a way...you know we (Pisces) are drawn to that for some reason. I think maybe its because we think we can fix it. Seriously tho, it reminds me of deep fog and how every tiny noise is amplified when its like that outside. My mom and I used to walk around outside in the fog on our farm and we could hear the train whistle from afar and it seemed so close by and so forlorn. Have a great Sunday, you. Love, Charlotte

That is gorgeous!! I love it!

I'm glad you had a great time. Enjoy your last free moments. Please take care of yourself during the new training, conserve your energy and strength!

Love you!!

Thank you for always supporting me and encouraging me through the pain. I wish you didn't have such experience with it.

I like the print and you really can't find a better deal than at Target - esp for home stuffs. Good luck on your studies & training this week!
