greasy food and a coke. I recommend a McDonald's sausage biscuit with cheese and a coke.
Hope you feel better.

Going out tonight to a friends birthday party being held in a bar in SoHo. Gonna be an interesting experience as I have not seen many of these folks since August. Long story. Have a good day. I served 21 years in the trenches...(as the wife of an alcoholic) and you need to replace the sugar the alcohol took out of your system. Take a couple spoonfuls of honey if you have it. If not, try pancake syrup. And coke is good too to help ease that upset tummy. Good luck...and feel better soon.

I hope the getting there was fun Jamie so it might be a teeny bit worth it....sorry you're feeling so bad. Lay very quietly in a dark room and sip flat lemonade, very slowly. Get better soon.

Hehe.

I'm just checking in with you to let you know I'm thinking of you. I'll catch up with you later when I feel more like a HUMAN. Or you do. Whichever comes first.

By the way, what landshark says is sooooo true,
I used to eat cold cottage cheese whenever I was hungover, and it really really helped!!
Seriously, I may have to go have some drinks just to get it in the morning..okay not that desperate, but still..

Sincerely,
Elizabeth
